3. SMS Communications

By opting into our SMS notifications, you agree to receive messages related to dispatching services, including load availability, confirmations, appointment reminders, and urgent updates.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up‑to‑date information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respond promptly to dispatch communications

We are not responsible for delays, missed appointments, or losses due to non‑responsiveness or inaccurate information provided by the user.

5. Payment Terms

• Fees will be agreed upon before services are provided
• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule
• Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Liability Disclaimer

SkillSync Services acts as an independent dispatcher and does not own or operate any trucks. We do not guarantee load availability or specific rates. The driver/carrier is responsible for compliance with all industry regulations, including FMCSA and DOT requirements.

We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses related to any load; cancellations by brokers or shippers; or any legal or regulatory violations by carriers.

7. Information Sharing & Privacy

We only share information with third parties when necessary for dispatching services, such as brokers and shippers for load coordination, SMS platforms for communication, or legal authorities when required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend services if a user violates these terms, engages in fraudulent/unlawful activity, or fails to make payments.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
